The back have glue. If use on fabric, use iron or hotfix applicator to heat it. The back glue will melt and fix to fabric.
If use as flatback rhinestone for nails or crafts, you can buy another cold glue and fix it to whatever like phone case or others.
Actually our customers use hotfix as nail rhinestone better. Cuz rough back can fix better.
